"זה מעבר לתפקידי": רכיבי ההתנהגות האזרחית-ארגונית של גננות בישראל

The term 'organizational citizenship behavior' deals with the non-obligatory aspects of the individual's work that are likely to contribute to the efficient functioning of the organization. The goals of the research presented in this article are to identify elements of kindergarten teachers' organizational citizenship behavior and to reveal its underlying motives. The research was based on the qualitative paradigm, and the research tool was a semi-structured interview.The research shows that the kindergarten teachers' organizational citizenship behavior occurs in five arenas: the pedagogical arena, the arena of the professional community, the arena of the children, the arena of the parents, and the arena of the social community. The motives underlying the citizenship behavior are personal (family background, giving as a way of life, considering one's job to be a mission, professional commitment, and satisfaction) and organizational-systemic (the influence of the educational inspector, a feeling of autonomy in performing the job, characteristics of the children in the kindergarten, the prevailing atmosphere among the work teams, and the need to diminish the feeling of loneliness).
